On newer iPhones it is in the <strong>\u2022\u2022\u2022<\/strong> menu next to the address bar; on older ones it is at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n<li>Scroll down and tap <strong>Add to Home Screen<\/strong>. If you don&rsquo;t see it, tap <strong>View More<\/strong> first.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Add<\/strong>. The Jigsaw Earth icon appears on your home screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Apple doesn&rsquo;t let websites show their own install button on iPhone and iPad, so the Share menu is the only way. In Chrome on iPhone it works the same, from the Share button in the address bar.<\/p>\n<h2>Android<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Open <strong>jigsawearth.com<\/strong> in Chrome.<\/li>\n<li>Tap <strong>Install the app<\/strong> on this page, or open Chrome&rsquo;s <strong>\u22ee<\/strong> menu and choose <strong>Install app<\/strong> or <strong>Add to Home screen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm with <strong>Install<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Samsung Internet and Edge work the same way, from their own menu.<\/p>\n<h2>Computer<\/h2>\n<p>In Chrome or Edge, click <strong>Install the app<\/strong> on this page, or the install icon at the right end of the address bar. Jigsaw Earth then opens in its own window and gets a shortcut in your Start menu, Dock or app list. In Safari on a Mac, choose <strong>File &rarr; Add to Dock<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Questions<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Is it free?<\/strong> Yes. The app is the same Jigsaw Earth as the website, with the same free puzzles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How much space does it take?<\/strong> Very little. Only pages and photos you have opened recently are kept, and older ones are cleared automatically.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Will my progress be there?<\/strong> On Android and on a computer, the app shares your passport, coins and saved puzzles with the browser. On iPhone and iPad, the app keeps its own copy, separate from Safari, so <a href=\"\/account\/\">sign in with your email<\/a> to have the same progress in both.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How do I remove it?<\/strong> Like any other app: press and hold the icon and choose <strong>Remove App<\/strong> (iPhone) or <strong>Uninstall<\/strong> (Android).
