Desde 1990, el artista de origen chileno Jorge Selar\u00f3n la cubri\u00f3 con m\u00e1s de 2.000 azulejos reunidos en m\u00e1s de 60 pa\u00edses, muchos de ellos enviados por visitantes. La llam\u00f3 su homenaje al pueblo brasile\u00f1o y sigui\u00f3 cambi\u00e1ndola hasta su muerte en 2013.
