Cuando se levant\u00f3 el nuevo castillo en el siglo XVI, se derrib\u00f3 todo salvo la torre del homenaje redonda, hoy llamada torre de los Marques, que sigue sola en el patio de entrada. Los jardines que la rodean se plantan cada a\u00f1o con miles de flores, y el castillo tiene incluso su propio taller floral, que prepara ramos frescos para cada sala.
