Se construy\u00f3 en 1644 por orden de Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyal y hoy acoge tanto la administraci\u00f3n del distrito como una comunidad de monjes. El acceso desde el r\u00edo cruza un puente de madera cubierto, de estilo tradicional.
