El arroyo salta unos 23 metros por un acantilado de roca volc\u00e1nica oscura sobre una playa de cantos rodados, y su espuma llega hasta las olas. Una leyenda cuenta que hace m\u00e1s de dos mil a\u00f1os un emperador chino envi\u00f3 a un sirviente a Jeju en busca del elixir de la vida, y que este grab\u00f3 un mensaje en el acantilado al volver.
