Pafos fue la capital de Chipre en \u00e9poca romana, y los suelos de sus villas, como la Casa de Dioniso, est\u00e1n cubiertos por algunos de los mejores mosaicos romanos del Mediterr\u00e1neo. Cerca hay un peque\u00f1o teatro antiguo y la fortaleza de Saranta Kolones.
