La meseta se eleva hasta unos 1450 metros y est\u00e1 tan aislada que hacen falta d\u00edas de viaje por el desierto desde la capital, Yamena, para llegar. Entre sus formaciones rocosas est\u00e1 el arco de Aloba, uno de los mayores arcos naturales del mundo, de unos 120 metros de alto.
