About Hoodoos of Drumheller

In the dry badlands of the Red Deer River valley, near the town of Drumheller, stand the hoodoos: pillars of soft sandstone topped by harder caps of rock that protect them from the rain. They took thousands of years to form, and they are fragile, so visitors are asked not to climb on them. Drumheller is famous for dinosaur fossils and the Royal Tyrrell Museum.

Puzzle tip: the stone caps are the key shapes; the blue sky comes last.
