In the north you can piece together the icebergs and colourful villages of Greenland, the Rocky Mountains of Canada, the Grand Canyon, Yellowstone, the islands of Hawaii and the old motels of Route 66. Further south are the pyramids of Chichen Itza and Tikal, the colonial streets of Antigua Guatemala and Havana, the volcanoes of Costa Rica and El Salvador and the Panama Canal.
