Honduras, in the middle of Central America, has coasts on both the Caribbean Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Our Honduras puzzles show the Maya city of Copán, a great waterfall and the island of Roatán.

Copán, in the west, is famous for the finest sculptures of the Maya world: carved stone monuments called stelae and a stairway covered with more than 2,000 hieroglyphs telling the history of its kings. Its ball court was the stage for a sacred Maya game. Scarlet macaws, the national bird of Honduras, fly freely around the ruins.
In the north, Pulhapanzak Waterfall drops about 43 metres into a misty gorge. Off the Caribbean coast, the island of Roatán lies on the Mesoamerican Barrier Reef and is known for its diving, its palm-fringed beaches and its wooden houses built over the water.
