About Stone Bridge in Sarajevo

Sarajevo lies in a valley crossed by the Miljacka River. Bridges connect the streets on its two banks, while hills rise behind the city. The capital’s architecture reflects centuries of Ottoman and Austro-Hungarian history, visible in old quarters and civic buildings along the river. This photograph follows a stone bridge across the river towards buildings and wooded slopes. Beside the Latin Bridge, one of the oldest on the Miljacka, Archduke Franz Ferdinand was shot in 1914, an event that led to the First World War.

Puzzle tip: fit the bridge arch before working on the similar colours of the buildings.
