About Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Sofia

Alexander Nevsky Cathedral stands near the centre of Sofia and is one of Bulgaria's best-known churches. Its broad dome, smaller cupolas and pale stone walls give it a distinctive silhouette above the surrounding streets. The cathedral was completed in the early twentieth century and is used for Orthodox worship. In this photograph, the building is framed by a blue sky, making the domes and steps useful starting points. Compare the bright walls with the shadows under the arches to fit the remaining pieces.

Puzzle tip: build the central dome and smaller cupolas first, then match the stone arches.
