About Kremlin and Saint Basil’s Cathedral, Moscow

Moscow's Red Square lies beside the walls of the Kremlin, the historic fortified centre of the city. At one end stands Saint Basil's Cathedral, known for its differently shaped and coloured domes. The cathedral was built in the sixteenth century and is now one of Moscow's most recognizable landmarks. This photograph brings the red brick walls, towers and domes into one view beneath a partly cloudy sky. Their varied outlines and colours provide useful clues as you put the puzzle together. Begin with the cathedral before moving across the Kremlin walls.

Puzzle tip: start with the colourful cathedral domes, then follow the red Kremlin walls.
