About The Twelve Apostles, Great Ocean Road

The Twelve Apostles are tall stacks of limestone standing in the sea beside the Great Ocean Road in Victoria. They were once part of the mainland cliffs, but wind and waves wore caves into the rock, the caves became arches, and the arches collapsed, leaving the stacks alone in the water. Despite the name, there were never twelve of them, and in 2005 one stack fell into the sea.

Puzzle tip: the golden rock stacks are the key shapes; the blue sea and the white surf come next.
