About Waterfront Houses of Saint-Tropez

The pastel houses of Saint-Tropez stand right at the water's edge, their walls painted in ochre, pink and yellow. For centuries the town lived from fishing and shipbuilding. In the late 19th century painters such as Paul Signac discovered its light and colours, and in the 1950s films brought it world fame as a glamorous resort.

Puzzle tip: each house has its own colour, which makes the buildings easy to sort; the water comes last.
