Monaco is the second smallest country in the world, a tiny principality of about two square kilometres on the French Riviera. Our Monaco puzzles show its palace, harbour, cathedral and the famous casino of Monte-Carlo.

The Grimaldi family has ruled Monaco since 1297, and the Prince's Palace still stands on the Rock, a steep headland above the sea, next to the cathedral where princes and princesses are married and buried. Below lies Port Hercule, filled with yachts, and each spring the streets around it become the track of the Monaco Grand Prix.
The Monte-Carlo Casino opened in the nineteenth century and helped turn the little state into a glamorous resort. From the hills above, the whole country can be seen at a glance, packed between the mountains and the Mediterranean.
