About Waimānalo Beach from Above, Oʻahu

Waimānalo Beach, on the windward coast of Oʻahu, is the island's longest continuous stretch of white sand, running for about five kilometres. Behind it rise the steep green cliffs of the Koʻolau Range, carved into deep folds by rain and streams. The name Waimānalo means drinkable water, after the freshwater springs once found in the area.

Puzzle tip: the green cliffs and the white beach form clear bands; the sea needs patience.
