About Pulpit Rock and the Shining Lysefjord

From the side, Preikestolen looks like a giant stone block cut with a knife, its sheer face dropping into the dark water of the Lysefjord. Sightseeing boats from Stavanger sail beneath it, and passengers look up at the people standing on the top, which has no railings. The rock is most crowded in summer, but the path is also walked in spring and autumn, and in winter only with a guide. In this photo the low sun turns the fjord into a sheet of silver behind the dark cliff, with the hills of Ryfylke stretching away on the far side.

Puzzle tip: start with the dark cliff and the people on top, then the hills across the fjord, and finish with the shining water and the sky.
