About Grizzly Bear on a Riverbank, British Columbia

Grizzly bears live in the mountains and river valleys of western Canada, and British Columbia is home to more than half of them, about 15,000 bears. They are bigger than black bears and can be recognised by the hump of muscle on their shoulders, which gives them great strength for digging. In late summer and autumn many grizzlies gather by the rivers of the coast to catch salmon swimming upstream, eating as much as they can before their long winter sleep. In this photo a brown grizzly walks along a grassy riverbank.

Puzzle tip: start with the bear's brown fur and the shining water, then the green and golden grass.
