About National Palace of Montjuïc, Barcelona

The National Palace on the hill of Montjuïc was built for the 1929 International Exhibition in Barcelona, and since 1934 it has housed the National Art Museum of Catalonia, famous for its Romanesque church paintings. Below its terraces, the Magic Fountain puts on shows of music, water and light on many evenings, and long flights of steps lead down to the Plaça d'Espanya.

Puzzle tip: the palace domes against the colourful sky are easy to place; the steps and fountains come next.
