About Abra on Dubai Creek

Abras are small wooden water taxis that have ferried people across Dubai Creek for generations. Passengers sit on a bench in the middle while the boatman steers, and a crossing between Bur Dubai and Deira takes only a few minutes and costs about a single dirham. Thousands of people still use them every day, especially to reach the gold and spice souks.

Puzzle tip: the wooden boat in front is full of detail; the skyline and the water come next.
