About Roman Columns on the Amman Citadel

The Amman Citadel stands on one of the highest hills of the Jordanian capital, a site that has been lived on for thousands of years. Its most striking ruins are the giant columns of a Roman temple from the 2nd century AD, usually called the Temple of Hercules. From the hilltop there are views over the whole city and its Roman theatre below.

Puzzle tip: the tall columns stand out against the sky; the city below is best done in small groups.
