About Circular Terraces of Moray, Peru

Moray, in the Sacred Valley near Cusco, is a set of huge circular terraces built by the Incas in natural hollows in the ground. The temperature at the bottom can be several degrees warmer than at the top. Many experts think the Incas used the site to test how crops such as maize and potatoes grew in different conditions.

Puzzle tip: follow the rings of the terraces; the fields around them come last.
