About Cliffs of Negril, Jamaica

At the western tip of Jamaica, the town of Negril has two faces. To the north runs Seven Mile Beach, while to the south the coast rises into low limestone cliffs full of caves, with cottages, ladders and platforms above water so clear that the rocks below can be seen. People come to swim, dive off the cliffs and watch the sun set over the Caribbean Sea.

Puzzle tip: the turquoise water and the rocky edge of the cliffs are the key; the green garden comes next.
