About Notre-Dame Cathedral, Luxembourg City

Notre-Dame Cathedral stands in the historic centre of Luxembourg City. It began as a Jesuit church in the seventeenth century and later became a cathedral. Gothic-inspired details and later additions give it a layered appearance, while its towers rise above the surrounding streets. The aerial image places the cathedral roof and towers amid tightly packed city blocks. Its crypt holds the tombs of the Grand Dukes and of John the Blind, a 14th-century Count of Luxembourg who was also King of Bohemia.

Puzzle tip: find the cathedral towers first and then group nearby roofs by colour.
