About Ringedalsvatnet below Trolltunga

Ringedalsvatnet is a long, narrow lake in the mountains above the village of Tyssedal, near the Hardangerfjord. A dam built in the early 20th century raised its water to feed one of Norway's first big hydroelectric power stations. High above the lake juts Trolltunga, the "Troll's Tongue", a slab of rock hanging some 700 metres over the water. Reaching it takes a long day's hike, but the view down the lake is one of the most famous in Norway.

Puzzle tip: the lake is the clearest shape, so lay it first; the grey cliffs on each side need patience.
