About Vigeland Sculpture Park, Oslo

Vigeland Park in Oslo holds more than 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland, made of granite, bronze and wrought iron, showing people at every stage of life. Vigeland worked on the park from the 1920s until his death in 1943. At its highest point stands the Monolith, a 14-metre column carved from a single block of granite with 121 intertwined human figures.

Puzzle tip: the granite figures are all the same colour, so look closely at their shapes and the steps around them.
