Chile is a long, narrow country squeezed between the Andes and the Pacific Ocean, stretching about 4,300 kilometres from north to south. Our Chile puzzles travel from the Atacama Desert to Patagonia and out to Easter Island.

Patagonia Mountain Range
In the north, the Atacama is one of the driest places on Earth; its Valley of the Moon has wind-carved ridges and salt formations, and flamingos feed in the salty lagoons. In the far south, the granite towers of Torres del Paine rise above glaciers and lakes, and on General Carrera Lake the Marble Caves have been shaped by waves into swirling blue tunnels.
The port city of Valparaíso climbs steep hills covered with colourful houses, linked by old funiculars. Far out in the Pacific, Easter Island is known for its moai, giant stone statues carved by the Rapa Nui people; at Ahu Tongariki, fifteen of them stand in a row.
