About Marble Caves, Chile

The Marble Caves lie on the shore of General Carrera Lake in Chilean Patagonia. Over thousands of years, the waves of the lake have carved the marble into caves, tunnels and columns. The walls reflect the turquoise water, and their colours change with the seasons and the level of the lake. They can only be visited by boat or kayak.

Puzzle tip: the swirling marble patterns and the turquoise water are the key; the dark opening comes next.
