About Shibuya Crossing at Night, Tokyo

Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo is often called the busiest pedestrian crossing in the world. Each time the lights turn red for cars, all the traffic stops at once and crowds of up to a few thousand people stream across from every side, even diagonally. Giant video screens glow on the buildings around it. Just beside the crossing stands a statue of Hachikō, a loyal dog who came to Shibuya Station every day for nearly ten years, waiting for his owner after he had died.

Puzzle tip: the white stripes of the crossing make clear lines; the glowing screens and signs on the buildings come next.
