About Catholic Church above Luba, Bioko

Luba, on the west coast of Bioko, is the island's second town, known in Spanish times as San Carlos. It lies on a deep, sheltered bay, which today serves as a port for ships supplying the oil fields offshore, and behind it rise green volcanic slopes covered with forest. From Luba a road leads south to the beaches of Arena Blanca and the wild coast of Ureca. This photo shows the town's Catholic church with its tall white tower, standing among palm trees and tropical forest.

Puzzle tip: start with the white church tower and its roof, then the palm trees, and the green forest and the sky last.
