About Temple of Heaven, Beijing

The Temple of Heaven in Beijing was built in the early 15th century, at the same time as the Forbidden City. Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties came here every year to pray to heaven for good harvests. Its best-known building, the round Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, has a triple roof of blue glazed tiles and was built without nails. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Puzzle tip: the round hall and its blue roofs are the centre; the white marble terraces and the sky come next.
