About Dhow on Turquoise Water, Zanzibar

Dhows are traditional wooden sailing boats that have been used along the coasts of East Africa and Arabia for more than a thousand years. With their triangular sails they rode the monsoon winds, carrying spices, cloth and ivory between Africa, Arabia and India. Today many still sail off Zanzibar, taking fishermen and visitors out over the reefs.

Puzzle tip: the brown boat stands out from the water; the sea is best sorted by its shades of blue.
