About Bay and Village on Tobago

Tobago is the smaller of the two islands of Trinidad and Tobago, about 40 kilometres long. Its hilly spine is covered by the Main Ridge Forest Reserve, protected since 1776 and often called the oldest legally protected forest in the Western Hemisphere. Along the north coast, small fishing villages sit in quiet bays between the forested hills and the sea.

Puzzle tip: the blue bay and the green hills are the key; the houses come next.
