About Lalbagh Fort, Dhaka

Lalbagh Fort in Old Dhaka was begun in 1678 by Prince Muhammad Azam, a son of the Mughal emperor Aurangzeb, and continued by the governor Shaista Khan. It was never finished: work stopped after the death in 1684 of Shaista Khan's daughter, Pari Bibi, whose tomb stands in the middle of the fort. The complex also has a mosque and an audience hall with a bathhouse. Its red-brick gates and buildings stand among lawns and fountains, a quiet garden in one of the busiest cities in the world.

Puzzle tip: the red building and its reflection are a clear start; the green lawn and trees fit around them.
