About Nafa-khum Waterfall, Bandarban

Nafa-khum is one of the largest waterfalls in Bangladesh by the volume of its water. It lies on the Remakri River, deep in the forested hills of Bandarban in the south-east of the country, near the border with Myanmar. Reaching it takes a boat trip up the Sangu River and then several hours of walking along rocky streams. The Chittagong Hill Tracts around it are home to a dozen indigenous peoples, such as the Marma, whose villages sit on the hillsides above the rivers.

Puzzle tip: the white water is easy to spot; the dark rocks and the green forest around it need more patience.
