About Narikala Fortress at Night, Tbilisi

Narikala Fortress stands on a steep ridge above the old town of Tbilisi. It was first built in the 4th century as a Persian citadel, and it was greatly extended by Arab emirs in the 7th and 8th centuries and later by Georgian kings. At night its walls are lit up, glowing above the rooftops and the river.

Puzzle tip: the lit walls on the hill are the landmark; the city lights below help with the rest.
