About Prince of Wales Hotel above Waterton Lake

Waterton Lakes National Park, in the south-west corner of Alberta, is where the Rocky Mountains rise suddenly from the prairie. It was created in 1895, and in 1932 it was joined with Glacier National Park in Montana to form the world's first International Peace Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1995. On a hill above Upper Waterton Lake stands the Prince of Wales Hotel, built in 1927 by the Great Northern Railway. In this photo the hotel sits on its hill below red and brown mountains above the lake.

Puzzle tip: start with the coloured mountains, then the small hotel on its hill, and finish with the lake and grass.
