About Red-Roofed Bistro in Old Quebec

Many of Old Quebec's houses wear bright red or green metal roofs, steep enough to shed the heavy winter snow. Restaurants in historic buildings serve Québécois dishes such as tourtière, a meat pie, poutine and maple-syrup desserts. In summer their terraces fill the narrow streets, and horse-drawn calèches carry visitors past the old houses. This photo shows a white building with a bright red roof and dormer windows, a lively terrace and the street in front of it.

Puzzle tip: start with the red roof and white walls, then the terrace, and finish with the street and sky.
