About Turku Cathedral above the Aura River

Turku Cathedral was consecrated in 1300 and is the mother church of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland. For centuries it was the most important building in the country, and its tall brick tower, rebuilt after the Great Fire of Turku in 1827, can be seen from far along the river. Inside are the tombs of bishops, nobles and Karin Månsdotter, a servant girl who became queen of Sweden. The Aura River runs through the city centre, lined with trees, cafés and boats. In this photo the cathedral tower rises at the end of the river, reflected in the water at dusk.

Puzzle tip: the cathedral tower and its reflection give you a clear middle; the bare trees on each side come next.
