Finland is a northern country of forests and lakes between Sweden and Russia, often called the land of a thousand lakes, though it actually has around 188,000 of them. Our Finland puzzles visit Finnish Lapland under the northern lights.
About three quarters of the country is covered by forest, and in the far north, Lapland is a land of fells, reindeer and long winter nights, where the aurora shines on about 200 nights a year. Finland is home to the sauna, with roughly as many saunas as cars, and the Sámi people of the north have herded reindeer there for centuries.
Each puzzle has a short text about the place, so you can learn a little about Finland while you put the pieces together.
