About Waterfall at Plitvice Lakes in Autumn

Plitvice Lakes National Park in Croatia is a chain of 16 lakes that step down a forested valley, joined by dozens of waterfalls. The lakes are separated by natural dams of travertine, a rock that slowly builds up as minerals from the water settle on moss and plants, so the dams are still growing today. Croatia's oldest national park, founded in 1949, it became one of the first natural UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 1979. In autumn the beech forests around the falls turn gold.

Puzzle tip: the white waterfall is the key piece; the turquoise water and the golden forest come next.
