About Eswatini
Known as Swaziland until 2018, Eswatini is one of the last absolute monarchies in the world, and its traditions are still part of everyday life: every year thousands of young women take part in the Umhlanga, the Reed Dance. The country rises from hot lowland bush in the east to green, misty highlands in the west, with granite peaks, forests and waterfalls.
