Ireland, the Emerald Isle, is known for its green countryside, lively music and friendly pubs. Our Ireland puzzles are set in Dublin, the capital, a city of Georgian streets and bridges over the River Liffey.

Custom House on the Liffey, Dublin
Trinity College, founded in 1592, is home to the Long Room, a vast wooden library hall lined with around 200,000 old books, next to the exhibition of the medieval Book of Kells. The white Ha'penny Bridge takes its name from the half-penny toll once charged to cross it, and the domed Custom House is one of the finest buildings along the river.
You can also piece together Dublin Castle, for centuries the seat of British rule in Ireland, Christ Church Cathedral, founded almost a thousand years ago, and the red front of a pub in Temple Bar, the city's busiest nightlife quarter.
