Nauru Puzzles

Nauru is a single raised coral island in the central Pacific, just south of the equator, and one of the smallest countries in the world. Our Nauru puzzles show its coast, with palm trees, rock pools and pinnacles of coral limestone.

About Nauru

The island is only about 21 square kilometres in size, and it has no official capital: most government offices are in the district of Yaren. For most of the 20th century its inland plateau was mined for phosphate, which made Nauru very rich for a time but left a landscape of bare limestone pinnacles. Today almost everyone lives on the narrow green strip along the coast.

You can put together evening reflections on the coast of Nauru and the coral pinnacles of Anibare Bay.
