About Cibeles Palace, Madrid

The Cibeles Palace on Madrid's Plaza de Cibeles was built in the early 20th century as the city's main post and telegraph office, which is why it was long known as the Palace of Communications. Since 2007 it has been Madrid's city hall, with a cultural centre inside. In front of it stands the Cibeles Fountain, where the goddess Cybele rides a chariot pulled by two lions.

Puzzle tip: the flags and the red flower beds make good first islands; leave the white clouds until the end.
