About Clock Tower Gate, Cartagena

Cartagena, on the Caribbean coast of Colombia, was one of the most important ports of the Spanish Empire, and its old town is still surrounded by stone walls built to keep out pirates. The Puerta del Reloj, with its yellow clock tower, was the main gate into the walled city. Behind it lie narrow streets of colourful colonial houses with wooden balconies covered in flowers.

Puzzle tip: the yellow clock tower is the easiest part; the colourful houses around it help to fill in the sides.
