About Old Quebec in Autumn

Inside the walls of Upper Town, Old Quebec keeps the look of a French colonial city, with steep metal roofs, dormer windows and stone houses from the seventeenth to nineteenth centuries. About 4.6 kilometres of walls, gates and bastions surround it, and a promenade runs along the top. French is the main language of the city, and its traditions, from winter carnival to summer festivals, are proudly kept alive. In this photo historic buildings rise behind trees turning yellow and orange in autumn.

Puzzle tip: start with the roofs and windows of the buildings, then the autumn trees, and the sky last.
