About Osaka Cityscape from Above

Osaka, Japan's third largest city, grew rich as a merchant town and was once called the nation's kitchen, because rice and goods from all over the country were traded here. Its people are known for their love of food and their sense of humour, and the city hosted the World Expo in 1970 and again in 2025. This view from a high building looks over a dense sea of offices and apartment blocks towards the green Ikoma mountains on the eastern horizon.

Puzzle tip: start with the mountains on the horizon, then the tall buildings, and fill in the city row by row towards the front.
