About A Canal in the Old Town of Annecy

The old town of Annecy grew up along the river Thiou, which carries the water of Lake Annecy towards the Rhône. For centuries its fast current turned the wheels of mills, tanneries and silk workshops, and the narrow lanes beside it were full of craftsmen. Today the arcaded streets are lined with cafés and shops, and in summer the bridges and railings overflow with flowers. A lively market fills the old town several mornings a week. In this photo a stone bridge crosses the calm canal, and the houses and flower boxes are mirrored in the water.

Puzzle tip: start with the houses and flowers on the left, then the bridge in the middle, and finish with the reflections and the sky.
